LIMITED QUANTITY 

All FLAMES leather bags & accessoires are handcrafted in our own atelier in Eindhoven/ The Netherlands. Limited production items are made of a small batch of dead-stock leathers, carefully selected from factories around Europe. Which results in a limited range of each creation. Each Leather skin is unique, so color differences or vein marks may appear and are natural features. This adds to the charm of this leather luxury item.

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect. 

For all shipments, the courier company is responsible for the delivery and transport. But of course we do our best to assist you
wherever we can. Don’t hesitate to contact us. 

When your Flame is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with a link to track it. In case of absence, the messenger will contact you to arrange a time that best suits your preferences.

 

Delivery

Production Time: Our team works diligently to process your order within 7 business days.
Shipping Time: Once processed, shipping typically takes between 1 to 2 business days, depending on your location.
Craftsmanship needs some time and patience. Therefore we kindly ask for a production time of 7 days. 
 

Estimated shipping times:
The Netherlands 1-2 working days
Europe 2-6 working days
World 14 working days

Delivery times are estimates and provided as guidelines only. Please note that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions. During the holiday season, the large amount of orders can result in longer delivery times.

For security reasons, all Flames orders outside The Netherlands require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery. 

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon entry into the country of destination over which we are unaware. FLAMES cannot be held accountable for any of these customs duties and import taxes. You should contact your local authorities to take notice of these fees and the respective values that differ from country to country and over which we have no knowledge. It will be your sole responsibility to claim such import charges back from the applicable authority in you country. 

 

Taxes and Duties

If you are placing an order from outside of Europe, you might be charged for import duties and taxes by your local customs authority. These costs are directly dependent on the value of the ordered goods, the material they are made of and their country of origin. Because these duties vary per country, we advise you to consult your local customs authorities to inform yourself about the possible charges before placing an order with us.

Remark: The United Kingdom aren’t active members of the EU, all imported goods must be customs-cleared. In most cases, this means that you are subject to paying duty on your import. For more information, please contact us at info@flamesthebrand.com

 

Return policy

Flames aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days (from the date of delivery)

  • To make a return, the following conditions must be met:
    • Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. For purchases made in December, we are extending our return period. Any items purchased during this month can be returned until January 10th.
    • The returned item(s) must be unworn and complete including the original box (extra gift). 
    • Customers will not be refunded for any delivery costs paid in connection with the order.

     

Please take notice that shipping costs are variable for each country. And different per period. 
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns from outside the EU due to customs regulations.

Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned back to you or a refund refused. 

Any parcel returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. 

The costs and risks pertaining to the return of product(s) are borne by the sender. Flames is not responsible for the refund any import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. Flames cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the returned parcel. 

After receiving the returned product refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Any delivery costs paid in connection with the order are non-reimbursable or refundable.

Custom produced
No returns or exchanges can be accepted if the merchandise was custom produced, including custom size or personalization.

Please be advised that items with reduced prices are non-returnable. We want to ensure you are aware that products purchased at a discounted rate cannot be returned.
